Information I collect

When you contact me through my website, I may collect:

  • Your telephone number, if provided.
  • Details of your enquiry, ceremony or event.

If you decide to book my services, I may also collect information needed to plan and deliver your ceremony or singing engagement.

I do not currently operate a marketing mailing list or newsletter, and I will not add you to one simply because you have contacted me.

How your information is stored and shared

My website is hosted by SiteGround, and I use Google Workspace for business email.

Your information may be processed by these providers and by services used to operate and protect my website, including its contact form.

I do not sell your personal information.

Where necessary to deliver a booking, relevant information may be shared with venues, funeral directors or other professionals involved in your ceremony, where appropriate.

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate data protection safeguards must apply.

How long I keep your information

If you enquire about my services but do not proceed with a booking, I will normally delete your enquiry information after 12 months, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain it longer.

For confirmed bookings, relevant information will be retained for as long as necessary to deliver my services and comply with applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations.

I will periodically review the personal information I hold and securely delete information that is no longer needed.

What rights you have over your data
